Dr. Nadav Klein
Assistant Professor, Metis College
Nadav is an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD who studies how people actually think, not how they say they do. His research digs into the messy reality of decision-making, reputation, and judgment. He’s unpacked everything from why being just a little kind can boost how others see you, to how groups spot lies better than individuals, to why people care less about being seen as good and more about not being seen as bad. He also shows how most of us overestimate how rational we really are when making choices. His work is sharp, grounded, and cuts through the noise.
Doctorate Degree from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business
